Threshold Guidance is a supportive, intuitive, and reflective session designed to help you clarify what you’re experiencing during moments of transition, confusion, or emotional intensity. It’s a grounded conversation that helps you reconnect to your own inner clarity.

🌿 Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Not at all.
Simply arrive in a quiet space with something to write with, if you’d like.
If you want a gentle starting place, you can reflect on:
“What feels most alive or confusing for me right now?”

But preparation is optional.
Come as you are.

🌿 Is this therapy?

No.
This work is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.
It can complement therapeutic work, but it is not intended to treat or diagnose mental health conditions.

🌿 Will you tell me what to do?

No.
This space is about your clarity, your intuition, and your autonomy.
I may offer insights, reflections, or perspectives, but you are always the one who decides what is true for you.

🌿 Is this a psychic or predictive session?

No.
I do not predict the future or make determinations about other people.
Instead, we explore your inner landscape, your emotional patterns, and what feels aligned for you.

🌿 What if I don’t know what to talk about?

This is very common — and totally okay.
Part of the session’s purpose is to help you slow down, put words to your experience, and uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.
You don’t need to arrive with a plan.

That’s welcome.
Threshold moments often bring tenderness or release.
We move at your pace, and you’ll have support to regulate and ground before the session ends.

🌿 Are sessions recorded?

No.
This helps protect your privacy and supports you to speak freely.
You’re welcome to take notes if you’d like.

🌿 Can I come back for more sessions?

Absolutely.
Some people benefit from a single session.
Others prefer ongoing support across a life transition.
If you find the work helpful, you can book another session or choose the 3-session Threshold Navigation pack.

🌿 What if I need to cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable to honor the time and energy reserved for you.

🌿 What if I’m in crisis?

I am unable to provide crisis support.
If you are experiencing acute distress, please contact a licensed mental health professional or crisis hotline in your area.

Threshold Guidance can be supportive after you’re in a stable place.

🌿 What’s the difference between the 60- and 75-minute sessions?

Both offer clarity and grounding.
The 75-minute session simply gives us more time for deeper exploration, emotional processing, or somatic grounding if needed.

🌿 What’s included in the 3-session pack?

Three 60-minute sessions spaced over 3–6 weeks.
This allows for consistent support, integration, and deepening clarity as your threshold evolves.

Email check-ins between sessions are light and non-therapeutic.

🌿 What if I feel nervous?

That’s very common.
We begin gently, with grounding and a slow start.
Most people find that tension softens within minutes.

Your comfort and agency are the foundation of this work.
