Offerings & Sesssions
Three Doorways into Listening, Healing & Remembrance
There are seasons in life when we benefit from walking alongside someone who can help us listen more deeply.
Seasons when familiar ways of understanding ourselves begin to change. When the body asks for another rhythm. When questions of meaning, belonging, vocation, or spiritual life become impossible to ignore.
At the Temple of Svarṇākāśa — Temple of Golden Ether, I offer three distinct forms of individual accompaniment, rooted in contemplative practice, the living wisdom of Yoga, sacred inquiry, and reverence for the mystery of human experience.
Threshold Guidance begins with the questions of life, meaning, and Dharma.
Individual Yoga Therapy begins with the wisdom and lived reality of the body.
Oracular Sessions open a sacred space for symbolic reflection, intuitive listening, and remembrance.
Each offering has its own character. Each honors your agency, experience, and capacity for discernment.
All arise from a shared understanding:
Healing, insight, and transformation unfold through relationship—with ourselves, with one another, with the living world, and with the sacred.
Intuitive Dharmic Counseling & Threshold Guidance
Contemplative Accompaniment for Life's Crossroads
When life asks for deeper listening.
Some seasons of life cannot be solved through analysis alone.
They ask to be encountered.
A relationship changes.
A vocation begins to take another shape.
Grief rearranges the familiar landscape.
A spiritual awakening unsettles old assumptions.
An identity that once provided certainty no longer feels spacious enough.
Or perhaps something quieter is happening: a subtle recognition that the life you have been living is beginning to give way to another possibility.
Threshold Guidance offers a contemplative space to meet these moments with presence, discernment, and care.
Together, we explore the questions arising in your life through conversation, dharmic reflection, symbolic inquiry, intuition, and attentive listening.
Our work may draw upon yogic philosophy, contemplative traditions, archetypal imagery, dreams, embodied awareness, and the wisdom of the Mahāvidyās where these frameworks are meaningful to you.
Rather than rushing toward an answer, we make room to recognize what is changing, what remains essential, and what kind of response may be called for.
Within a Session
Our exploration may include:
Contemplative dialogue and deep listening
Dharmic reflection and spiritual discernment
Life transitions, vocation, identity, and relationships
Symbolic, archetypal, and dream inquiry
Mahāvidyā-inspired contemplative frameworks
Intuitive and Akāśic inquiry
Embodied awareness and practices of grounding
Jyotiṣa-informed reflection, when appropriate
Integration and discernment of possible next steps
Jyotiṣa Within Threshold Guidance
Jyotiṣa, the traditional Indian astrological discipline, is an ongoing field of formal study in my life.
For those interested, introductory chart orientation may be woven into a Threshold Guidance session as a symbolic and contemplative aid.
I am continuing my Jyotiṣa formation and do not yet offer comprehensive birth chart consultations. This introductory exploration is offered with respect for the depth of the tradition and the limits of my current training.
The Spirit of the Work
Threshold Guidance is not about being told what your life means.
It is not about surrendering your judgment to another person's intuition.
And it is not about turning every uncertainty into a spiritual message.
It is an invitation to participate more consciously in your own unfolding life.
What time is this?
What power is moving?
What relationship or response is being asked of me?
The intention is not prediction, but discernment.
Not certainty, but a more intimate and responsible relationship with what is emerging.

Individual Yoga Therapy
Returning to the Wisdom of the Body
A therapeutic and contemplative approach to embodied healing.
Sometimes the deepest guidance does not begin with an answer.
It begins with a breath.
A change in posture.
A moment of rest.
A growing awareness of how we inhabit our bodies, carry our histories, and respond to the demands of daily life.
Individual Yoga Therapy offers a collaborative space to explore practices that support your particular needs, capacities, circumstances, and aspirations.
Rooted in the traditions of Yoga and informed by contemporary Yoga Therapy, sessions may incorporate breath, movement, meditation, restorative practices, Yoga Nidrā, and the cultivation of sustainable daily rhythms.
The body is not treated as something to conquer or perfect.
It is approached as a living relationship—worthy of attention, patience, dignity, and care.
Our Work May Explore
Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
Practices supporting nervous-system regulation
Fatigue, rest, and restoration
Gentle therapeutic movement and breathwork
Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidrā
Meditation and contemplative embodiment
Transitions in health, identity, and daily life
Accessible and adaptive Yoga practice
Sustainable routines and home practices
The relationship between embodied experience and spiritual life
Sessions are shaped collaboratively, with attention to your goals, preferences, access needs, and lived experience.
You do not need to be flexible, physically fit, or experienced in Yoga to begin.
There is no ideal body here.
There is your body, your life, and the possibility of cultivating a more supportive relationship between them.
The Spirit of the Work
Yoga Therapy is not simply a collection of techniques.
It is an individualized practice of inquiry and care, drawing upon the many dimensions of Yoga to support participation in life.
Some people come seeking restoration.
Others seek a more accessible relationship with movement, breath, or meditation.
Others are exploring how to live with greater steadiness amid changing circumstances.
Our work begins where you are.
The intention is not to perfect the body, but to cultivate a way of living that your body can honestly inhabit.
The Nidra Nest
Individual Yoga Therapy is also part of The Nidra Nest — Slow. Down. Here., the Temple's emerging healing arts sanctuary devoted to sacred rest, therapeutic Yoga, Yoga Nidrā, sound healing, and embodied practice.
The Nidra Nest offers a welcoming doorway into the restorative and therapeutic dimensions of this work.
Session Format

Oracular Sessions
Sacred Reflection, Symbolic Listening & Remembrance
A space to listen at the threshold of the known and the mysterious.
Not every question seeks an explanation.
Sometimes we come with a dream, an image, a feeling, a transition, or a quiet sense that something in our lives is asking to be witnessed.
An Oracular Session is a sacred reflective encounter shaped by intuition, symbolism, contemplative listening, and the art of inquiry.
These sessions offer a different kind of space from Threshold Guidance or Yoga Therapy.
Rather than undertaking an extended exploration of life circumstances or developing an individualized therapeutic practice, we enter a focused period of symbolic and intuitive reflection.
You may bring a particular question.
You may arrive with an image or dream.
You may be navigating a creative threshold, a spiritual inquiry, or a moment of uncertainty.
Or you may simply wish to sit within a field of sacred listening and see what arises.
Within an Oracular Session
Our encounter may include:
Intuitive and symbolic reflection
Akāśic field listening
Oracle or Tarot cards
Dream imagery and archetypal inquiry
Jyotiṣa-informed symbolism
Mantra and contemplative attunement
Spiritual and intuitive questions
Reflection on emerging themes and possibilities
Gentle invitations for integration
The forms used depend upon the question, the moment, and the nature of our shared inquiry.
The Oracular Mirror
The Oracle does not claim authority over your life.
Symbols do not remove the need for discernment.
Intuition does not eliminate uncertainty.
An Oracular Session is not a traditional Akashic Records reading, nor is it psychotherapy, counseling, or Yoga Therapy.
It is a sacred, participatory space in which intuition and symbolism become instruments of reflection.
We listen for resonances without demanding that they become facts.
We explore possibilities without surrendering personal agency.
We honor mystery without manufacturing certainty.
The purpose is not prediction.
The purpose is remembrance.
Not certainty, but relationship.
Not instruction, but illumination.
You remain the authority of your own life.
The Oracle offers a mirror.
Together, we listen.

One Temple, Distinct Doorways
A Shared Philosophy of Presence, Relationship & Sacred Life
These three offerings are distinct, but they are nourished by a common contemplative foundation.
Threshold Guidance invites discernment at the crossroads of life.
Yoga Therapy cultivates an embodied relationship with care, restoration, and participation.
Oracular Sessions invite symbolic listening, sacred reflection, and remembrance.
Each honors a different way of entering inquiry.
Each recognizes that human experience cannot be reduced to a single method, diagnosis, belief, or interpretation.
The Temple of Svarṇākāśa is devoted to the cultivation of coherence—not sameness, but the possibility of living in meaningful relationship with the many dimensions of existence.
Body and spirit.
Study and devotion.
Freedom and responsibility.
Stillness and action.
The personal and the collective.
Here, the sacred is not separate from ordinary life.
It may be encountered through breath, attention, conversation, ritual, scholarship, relationship, and the choices through which we shape our days.
How might we live in deeper relationship with ourselves, one another, the living world, and the sacred?
That question remains at the heart of the work.
An Invitation
Come as You Are
You do not need to arrive with certainty.
You do not need to know precisely which practice or form of guidance is right for you.
You are welcome to begin with a question, a longing, a transition, or simply the recognition that it is time to listen differently.
Whether you are seeking contemplative guidance, individualized Yoga Therapy, or an Oracular Session, our work begins with respect for your experience and the life you are living.
There is room to pause.
There is room to listen.
There is room for what is still becoming.
All offerings are grounded in informed participation, personal agency, and respect for the distinct purposes and limits of spiritual guidance, symbolic reflection, and Yoga Therapy.
