The Nidra Nest

Slow. Down. Here.

Therapeutic yoga, sacred sound, Yoga Nidra, and the embodied healing arts.
Return to the body. Enter the stillness. Remember what is sacred.

A place beneath the noise of the world.

A place where the breath becomes a doorway, the body is received with reverence, and rest is more than the absence of activity.

A place to listen. A place to soften. A place to remember.

The Nidra Nest is devoted to the ancient and living wisdom of Yoga, the restorative power of sacred sound, the transformative depths of Yoga Nidra, and the cultivation of embodied presence. Here, healing is approached not as the correction of something broken, but as a relationship with the wholeness, intelligence, and mystery of life.

The Healing Arts Sanctuary

Each practice space is an invitation into deeper listening, contemplative practice, and embodied relationship. Class meets each Tuesday from 6pm-730pm CST. We rotate approaches from those seen below each week.

Courses, Circles & Sacred Gatherings at The Nidra Nest, our healing arts sanctuary.

Practice in the company of others.

Intimate gatherings exploring Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sacred sound, contemplative philosophy, embodiment, seasonal rhythms, and the art of living with greater awareness. Some gatherings are devoted to deep rest; others invite study, conversation, ritual, or shared contemplation.

A Sacred Return Membership

Slow. Down. Here.

A weekly sanctuary of sacred rest, embodied practice, and community.

Come into the Nest.

Nest Net is the monthly membership circle of The Yoga Nidra Nest—a welcoming space to gather, soften, restore, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the sacred rhythms of life.

Each week, we enter a different doorway into the healing arts, with rotating explorations of Yoga Nidrā, restorative and therapeutic Yoga, sacred sound, breathwork, meditation, embodied philosophy, and contemplative practice.

Rooted in the living wisdom of Yoga and the Golden Ether, our gatherings honor rest not simply as recovery from doing, but as a sacred practice of presence and remembrance.

There is no performance to perfect. No ideal body to achieve. Just a place to arrive as you are.

Our Weekly Gathering

A 90-minute class with a rotating weekly focus, offering space for practice, reflection, and deep rest.

The Monthly Circle

Beyond our weekly classes, Nest Net offers a continuing circle of belonging—a place to deepen practice, share reflection, and cultivate relationship through the seasons.

Come for the rest. Stay for the remembrance.

The Yoga Nidra Nest is a healing arts expression of the Temple of Svarṇākāśa — Temple of Golden Ether.

Three Doorways into Listening, Healing & Remembrance

There are seasons in life when we benefit from walking alongside someone who can help us listen more deeply.

Seasons when familiar ways of understanding ourselves begin to change. When the body asks for another rhythm. When questions of meaning, belonging, vocation, or spiritual life become impossible to ignore.

Think of The Nidra Nest as the Healing Arts and practice sanctuary. At the Temple of Svarṇākāśa — Temple of Golden Ether, the larger field, I offer three distinct forms of individual accompaniment, rooted in contemplative practice, the living wisdom of Yoga, sacred inquiry, and reverence for the mystery of human experience.

Threshold Guidance begins with the questions of life, meaning, and Dharma.

Individual Yoga Therapy begins with the wisdom and lived reality of the body.

Oracular Sessions open a sacred space for symbolic reflection, intuitive listening, and remembrance.

Each offering has its own character. Each honors your agency, experience, and capacity for discernment.

All arise from a shared understanding:

Healing, insight, and transformation unfold through relationship—with ourselves, with one another, with the living world, and with the sacred.

The wisdom of slowing down

Rest is sacred.
Attention is an offering.
The body is a doorway.

There is no performance to perfect here. No ideal body to achieve. No spiritual identity to assume. Only an invitation to arrive, listen, practice, and discover what becomes possible in the presence of care.
